The challenge
The challenge lies in integrating e-commerce into a new application, providing a seamless and coherent experience across all user touchpoints. This involves thoroughly understanding users, designing an intuitive and appealing interface, seamlessly integrating all channels, offering personalization and recommendations, and ensuring effective customer support. By focusing on these aspects, we can create an omnichannel experience that exceeds user expectations and keeps them engaged.
My role
Product Designer: design of critical areas such as login, checkout, product listing page, and operational emails, among others, from auditing the old platforms to research, definition, design, experimentation, quality control and launch.
